Legal Counsel Compliance (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding compliance and data protection law
• Establishing, developing, and maintaining the compliance and data protection management system; depending on experience, assuming responsibility for specific areas in projects
• Participation in data protection and compliance-related projects
• Close collaboration with teams and stakeholders
• Contribution to the development and implementation of privacy policies, guidelines, agreements, and contracts 
• Support for the whistleblowing system and the handling of compliance incidents
• Support and participation in training sessions, awareness campaigns, and communication initiatives, as well as active involvement in training programs

Your Qualifications

• A degree in law (1st and/or 2nd state examination) or business law (bachelor’s and/or master’s degree)
• Additional qualifications in compliance or data protection are desirable
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a compliance department or in data protection law is advantageous
• Knowledge in the areas of anti-corruption, anti-fraud, antitrust law, and data protection is advantageous
• Very good proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Word
• Good English skills are a mandatory requirement
