Work closely with our lawyers, as well as IP and compliance professionals across Siemens, to understand their workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop tailored solutions driven by technology – from sophisticated document automation to strategic implementation of AI. You will be a key member of the AI Delivery team, bridging the gap between legal expertise and latest technological innovation.

Education: You have a Master’s degree in law, technology or related fields
Experience and Skills:- Proven first years of professional experience in Legal Tech, Legal Operations, Legal Innovation, or a similar role with a clear focus on AI and process design- Hands-on expertise with common Legal Tech applications and AI tools and platforms- Showed skills in process and document automation, legal process design, and requirements engineering, especially in applying AI to legal challenges
Ways of Working: You possess strong project management skills and excel at leading complex, technology-driven projects, collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Languages: Excellent English skills; German language proficiency is an advantage
